While independent coaches focused on individual performance, we identified that long-term Olympic success requires institutional architecture. We integrated technical coaching expertise with the rigorous standards of small-arms quality assurance, creating a consultancy that understands both the athlete's mechanics and the facility's compliance requirements.
Over the years, the firm evolved from guiding elite athletes to designing entire academies, running pan-district talent identification protocols like #KHOJJ, and providing turnkey advisory services to governments, investors, and educational institutions looking to establish a legacy in the sport.
