Advisory Engagement & Settlement Standard
All advisory fees, diagnostic sessions (Tier 1), and institutional system design retainers (Tier 2 and Tier 3) are structured against allocated expert hours and preliminary audit preparation. Retainer advances committed for advisory services are non-refundable once preliminary research, range audits, or document drafting have commenced.
Clients who have booked a 30-minute diagnostic session or scheduled advisory consultation may request a reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time without penalty. Late cancellations or missed sessions without prior notice forfeit the scheduled consultation slot.
For multi-phase institutional partnerships and academy setup projects, fee structures are tied to specific milestone deliverables (e.g., range blueprint approval, coach curriculum handover). In the event of an early termination by the client, billing is adjusted to cover completed deliverables, and unallocated advance balances for uncommenced phases are returned pro-rata.
As Ganguly Consultancy does not sell physical hardware, firearms, ammunition, or electronic targets, no product returns or equipment refunds are processed by our practice. Procurement specifications provided in advisory reports are advisory blueprints for direct client procurement.
